[patch v1 0/6] New Zhaoxin CPU vendor ID/FMS patch

This set of patches is to add support for Zhaoxin Family 7 CPUs. With these patches, the kernel can identify Zhaoxin CPUs features and Zhaoxin CPU topology information.
