[ck] Re: Remove myself and Tony from the networking maintainers and add D.Wythe as the maintainer

Hi all, Currently Tony and I are no longer focusing on maintain the networking stack, it is no longer proper for us to be as the maintainer. D.Wythe has showed his deep understanding in TCP and SMC in the last 2 years, he will take the responsability to dedicate his effort in maintaining the networking stack on ANCK. So remove myself and Tony as the maintainer and add D.Wythe as the maintainer of general networking stack. Hope XuanZhuo and D.Wythe continue to work together to make ANCK networking better !
