1. Add arm64/kvm virt platform device supported its vlpi direct inject. [1]
2. Fix arm64 irqchip/gic-v3-its error. [2]
3. Fix arm64 oops in concurrently setting insn_emulation sysctls. [3]
4. Add arm64 CPU freq sample on pcct non-support. [4]
5. ACPI add detection for core die topology. [5]
6. Fix arm64 Track error for kmemleak
7. Add kernel arm64 performance optimizations(crashkernel mem reserve for linear address mapping, etc)
